At Green Transfer, we understand that travel plans may change. However, as each reservation involves the exclusive allocation of a luxury vehicle and chauffeur, our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our drivers.
Cancellation Terms
More than 48 hours before pickup:
✅ No charge applied. You will receive a full refund of your booking amount.Between 48 hours and 24 hours before pickup:
⚠️ A 50% charge of the total booking amount will be applied.Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show:
❌ A 100% charge of the total booking amount will be applied.
(No refund will be issued.)
Modification of Bookings
Changes to your reservation (such as pickup time, date, or destination) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to vehicle availability.
Service Cancellations by the Provider
In the rare event that Green Transfer must cancel your booking due to exceptional circumstances (vehicle issue, driver illness, or safety concerns), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule your transfer at no additional cost.
